Established in rue Gasparin in Lyons by Soleyman SAMANI, Samani's Gallery sets up in one of the most prestigious street of the city center : rue de la République. In September 1998, the gallery joins of the antique dealers area Lyons : rue Auguste Comte. |

The gallery is ruled, in collaboration with his son David, by René Samani, a magistrate assistant of arbitration committee and customs expertise. He is also in charged of the Art of Carpet teaching at the University Jean Moulin in Lyons III on top of his function of expert in the court of appeal and in the CNES. |

The diversity of origins, sizes and periods of exposed items allows the visitor to appreciate a really large variety of origins and an important range of creation ; this, always in a traditional weaving field. |

René Samani being a restorer as well, Samani's Gallery's
workshop also ensures the upkeeping, preservation and
restoration of works in the respect of traditional
techniques and original materials.
